Especially if your risk of falling is already high, theres no need to exacerbate the situation.
Yoga is also a fun social activity that can put you in contact with some great new friends. Ive personally met several wonderful people during the course of my 8 year yoga practice. Not only will these friendships encourage you to come more frequently to class, but they also might prove to be lifelines if you ever suffer a catastrophic fall at or near your house.
